Internship Opportunity: Quality Assurance Specialist

About Us:
We are a growing e-commerce business providing a platform to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. We are offering a golden opportunity (سُنہری موقعہ) for fresh graduates who want to start their career in Quality Assurance and grow with us.

Internship Structure:

  • Mode: Remote Internship
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break included, 8 hours of actual work)
  • Phase 1: First 1 months unpaid training
  • Phase 2: After training, a 5-month paid internship will start with a stipend of 12,000 PKR per month

👉 Note: The 6-month paid internship is separate from the initial 2-month training period.

🎓 Eligibility – A Golden Opportunity for Fresh Graduates

  • 16 years of education required – Bachelor’s in BSIT, BSCS, BSSE or any equivalent technical degree
  • Graduation Transcript required (showing GPA/CGPA)
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of internet browsing and online research
  • Ability to work with modern tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI-based tools, trending digital tools)
  • Must have a personal laptop with good performance and stable internet connection (mandatory for remote work)

📌 Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the quality of all website operations including:
  • Interface testing (layouts, visuals, responsiveness)
  • Navigation testing (menus, links, user flow)
  • Functionality testing (features working as expected, no glitches or bugs)
  1. Review product listings and report discrepancies or issues.
  2. Audit order sheets – check delivery accuracy, returns, and identify reasons for failed orders.
  3. Monitor social media operations, highlight errors, posting issues, or inconsistencies.

👉 Note: No need to worry — during the first 2 months of training, you will be taught how to perform all these tasks step by step. So there is nothing to be nervous about!
